Peoria road shoe tree

For 3 years we have driven by this tree from Harrisburg to Corvallis Oregon. We always see the shoe tree and have wanted to add to the tree. We finally had a pair of our sons old shoes to add. So we stopped and became one with the shoe tree! We would love to find out how this tree started and maybe one day we will!
